We only keep what we need to run the business, nothing more. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect on Optimo applications and why, the services we use to operate the website and CRM, and how to contact us.
This Policy applies to the Optimo website and applications, not to third-party platforms. For our Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, see the Integration Privacy Addendum below.
Data we collect through our site and apps:
We collect limited Personal Data to operate the site, measure usage, secure the service, and manage leads.

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to children.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Data only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or contractual requirements. CRM records are retained in line with our sales and reporting needs and then deleted or anonymized.

Each integration can be uninstalled by your administrator at any time. Opt-out options for messages may be available where enabled by your administrator.
